This Privacy Policy explains how Infinite Aeroshow ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our services.

Infinite Aeroshow is operated and managed by SFN Luca Co., Ltd.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email, profile name, account identifiers.
• Service usage data: selected mode, session activity, feature usage logs.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device info, timestamps, basic error logs.
• Billing-related metadata from payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).

2. How We Use Data

• To provide and improve the service.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To manage subscriptions, billing status, and support.
• To send essential service emails, which you agree to receive by creating an account (see Section 10).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• To send marketing and promotional emails, which you agree to receive by creating an account (see Section 10).

3. Legal Basis

We process data based on contract necessity, legitimate interests (security and operation), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We may share data with trusted processors (for example hosting, authentication, payment, and analytics vendors) only as needed to provide the service.

9. Advertising and Privacy Choices

When advertising is enabled for Free viewing, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. These partners may process your IP address, browser and device information, and ad interactions. Read how Google uses data from partner sites.

Where the consent message applies, you can consent, refuse, or manage individual choices before we request ads. Use Privacy choices in the viewer to reopen the message and change or withdraw your choices. The message lists the advertising partners and their privacy information. You can also manage personalized Google ads in Google Ads Settings or visit industry opt-out choices.

Free viewing uses Google's consent and ad-blocking recovery tools to store privacy choices, detect whether ads can load, and show an ad-permission message when blocking is detected. Allowing ads does not replace your privacy choices. Our advertising integration does not send your account email, pilot ID, or flight telemetry as advertising targeting parameters.

10. Service and Marketing Emails

Essential service emails. By creating an account, you agree to receive essential emails needed to operate the service, such as sign-in and security alerts, account and billing notices, and important changes to the service, Terms, or this Privacy Policy. These emails do not contain advertising. Because they are required to provide the service, you cannot opt out of them while your account is active.

Marketing and promotional emails. By creating an account, you also agree to receive marketing and promotional emails about new features, updates, events, and offers for Infinite Aeroshow.

• Data used: your account email and profile name, your sign-up date, and the date you withdrew consent.
• Promotional emails are clearly marked as advertising and include an unsubscribe link.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us below. Withdrawing does not affect your access to the service.
• We keep this data for marketing until you withdraw consent or delete your account.
• Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop essential service emails.
